General Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days. We do not cover return shipping, so if you are not familiar with our items, we encourage you to order just one pack, before buying in bulk, to make sure the items fit your needs. If you are returning an order, you can send it back using your own courier, or we can e-mail you a prepaid return label for a fee of 15% of your return order (minimum $15 return label fee), which will be deducted from your refund amount. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for all returns. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, and in it’s original sealed package; and
- Undamaged and in good condition upon arrival (purchasing insurance recommended).
Damaged or Incomplete Order
We take extreme care in packing and protecting the items for shipping. In the unfortunate event that some of the items arrive broken, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged items and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: You need to allow 3 to 6 days in order to receive replacements, so please plan accordingly. Items should be inspected as soon as you receive them.
If your order shipped incomplete:
- Take everything out of the boxes and open all inner boxes. In most instances, customers find the missing items once they take everything out of the boxes and inner boxes and count well. Please disregard markings on the boxes, as it does not always indicate what’s inside.
- If after doing this you are still missing items, please contact us right away. Please provide us with your order number, and as many details as possible, including pictures. This way we can provide you with a resolution as soon as possible.
